On the agenda for November 22, 2016 is a report providing council with a draft amendment to the Zoning Bylaw that would permit small lot subdivisions in Moody Centre. This item arose from a delegation at council on October 4, 2016.

If council passes first and second readings, the proposed bylaw will be referred to a public hearing (likely) on January 10, 2017.
