Public hearing(s) to start at 7:00 pm

Item 1:  2801-2831 St George Street, Marcon application for 43 townhouses and one heritage home

Item 2:  Harbour Heights Village, rezoning to RS1

Regular council meeting will follow at the conclusion of the public hearing which starts at 7:00 pm, council chambers (live-streamed).

Written submissions are not currently recorded in official minutes. Written submissions for public hearings should be received by the city by 12:00 noon latest on the day of the meeting.

Item 9.5 refers to Porte Development Corporation’s application to rezone the property from Automobile Sale and Service Commercial (C5) to Comprehensive Development Zone 76 (CD 76), for a six-storey mixed-use project composed of 964.2m2 (10,379ft2) of leasable commercial floor space and 117 apartment units over underground parking.
