OCP Map 11 (sub-areas), from February 10, 2015 council agenda package
The map image below is very poor quality. You can view the source from the Feb. 10, 2015 agenda package: http://www.portmoody.ca/modules/showdocument.aspx?documentid=8196
The map below does not match Map 11 from City of Port Moody’s current posted OCP information which is prefaced with: “The current Port Moody Official Community Plan (Bylaw No. 2955) was adopted by City Council on October 14, 2014.” For example, the official map still shows the Andres special study area with buildings up to 26 storeys high, whereas the map below shows no indication of storeys on that site, and the area is back to industrial designation. The reversion to industrial zoning is essentially to “undo” the damage caused by premature adoption and the subsequent lawsuit launched by Metro Vancouver regional district (GVRD) against Port Moody.
